Ore Portals

It allows you to make portals with ores. These portals are portals containing ores, for example:
If you make a portal out of diamonds, you'll have a portal where diamonds are everywhere!

NOTE: To make portals from Copper and Quartz, you need to use their Ore states, not their blocks.
